We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the development and continuous improvement of ComplyControl product, revolutionizing regulatory compliance and fraud detection for financial institutions by replacing outdated, manual processes with an AI-powered platform that learns and adapts in real-time.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, support product management, and conduct research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with stakeholders and the product manager to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
-Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process workflows, and other business artifacts necessary for the tech team to clearly understand expected operation of the product.
-Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
-Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
-Conduct competitive analysis, user and market research to inform product development and strategic decisions.
-Maintain the product documentation for customers and the team.
-Create materials for sales and marketing.
-Support QA and UAT processes to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech or financial services.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
-Self-starter attitude, with an ability to remain focused in a dynamic environment while maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and focus on the customer.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Fluent in English and Russian languages
-Understanding of web concepts and technologies.
-Will be considered as an advantage:
-Knowledge of financial systems, payment platforms, or regulatory compliance

Nice to have:

-Awareness of the current trends in Fintech.
-AI and/or ML use cases in your previous products or at least a good understanding of their principles
-Experience with using SQL for data-driven decision-making.
-Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar data analysis platforms.
