As a Legal Advisor at xDataGroup, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the company's growth by handling vendor/client contracts, investment agreements, KYC processes, and other legal matters. Your experience in legal support, investment activities, risk analysis, and compliance with applicable laws will ensure xDataGroup's legal standing.

Responsibilities:

•  Providing daily legal advice to the CEO of xDataGroup
• Representing the company in negotiations with partners and clients regarding legal matters.

• Drafting agreements, legal opinions, and other legal documents
• Cooperating with other law offices to ensure smooth operations
• Performing legal audits regarding partners and clients.
• Helping to solve disputes with partners and clients.
• Participating in designing legal workflows and implementing legal tech solutions.
• Administration of KYC and AML checks on requests from Investment funds, Banks, vendors, clients, governments, or other third parties.
• Support internal departments on legal matters impacting business operations.
• Conduct risk analysis of corporate actions/changes and provide proactive legal advice to mitigate potential legal issues.

Qualifications:  

  * Master’s degree in law

   * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a legal counsel role, preferably in a corporate setting

   * Professional proficiency in English, Russian, and Estonian

   * Expertise in contract law and risk analysis

   * Professional familiarity with KYC and AML processes

   * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

   * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail.

   * Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

   * High ethics, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

   * Effective collaboration with senior management while capable of working independently and committed to continuous professional development.
