As we expand our operations, we're looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team.

 What we expect from you:

• You have a passion for software engineering and creation of state-of-the-art fintech products.
• You have a solid background in IT management, planning and analysis.
• You are an experienced communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks and diverse teams.
• You are a team player and with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
• You worked with and have a clear understanding of such terms as RESTful API, micro-services, docker
• You have a solid understanding of proper development and release processes

Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed project plan
• Run the project from start to finish
• Coordinate technical resources, stakeholders and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
• Effectively communicate across distributed technical teams and business stakeholders
• Plan and track progress with Jira and Confluence
• Find and resolve issues early
• Continuously measure progress and regularly inform management and stakeholders 
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Manage the relationships with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements and skills:

•  Proven 3+ years of experience as a project leader in the information technology sectors
• Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in modern software development and web technologies
• Excellent knowledge of Jira
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent social and negotiation skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Native or proficient Armenian language
• Excellent Russian language
• English Language at least B2
