Your Role:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to drive product vision, strategy, and execution. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and market opportunities

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and customer needs

- Define product vision, roadmaps, and features based on data-driven insights and customer feedback

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product launches

- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact, ROI, and user feedback

- Create and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Monitor product performance, gather insights, and continuously optimize based on analytics and customer feedback

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products from concept to launch

- Strong understanding of fintech trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience working with UX/UI teams to create customer-centric product designs

- Familiarity with API integrations and microservices architecture is a plus

- Fluent English and Russian languages
