We seek an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring our products and services align with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, create technical documentation, and recommend actionable solutions that drive efficient development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with organization stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.

-Analyze and interpret complex requirements to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

-Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process workflows.

-Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

-Act as a liaison between business, product management and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

-Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product development and strategic decisions.

-Support QA and UAT processes to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Crypto or FinTech businesses.

-Knowledge of financial systems, payment platforms, and regulatory compliance is mandatory. 

-Experience working in high-volume financial businesses or fast-growing projects  

-Experience in web3 and DeFi architecture is beneficial 

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious and data-driven mindset.

- Proficient in tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar data analysis platforms.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Fluent in English (Russian is beneficial)
