Team Lead Front-End Developer (React)

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and mentor a squad of 4–6 front-end engineers in building React, React Native & Next.js applications

-Drive the architecture and design of front-end systems with scalability, performance, and maintainability top of mind

-Set and uphold excellent coding standards, deploying best practices in testing, CI/CD, and code reviews

-Coordinate closely with product, back-end, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless user experiences

-Spot trends in front-end tech (React, TypeScript, React Native performance tools) and integrate innovations that benefit the team.

-Champion adaptive/responsive design across multiple devices and platforms.

-Support hiring efforts: define role specs, interview candidates, and build a high-performing, diverse team culture.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with React Native and mobile app development (iOS/Android)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, andNext.js.
  • Proven track record (3+ years) leading front-end teams in dynamic environments
  • Deep understanding of modern front-end architecture, responsive design, and performance optimization
  • Experience in fintech development is a strong plus
  • Excellent problem-solver with strong communication skills in English and Russian
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced setting.
