We are currently looking for a new Senior B2B Sales Manager (EU & UK) - to one of our FinTech Projects- ComplyControl. At ComplyControl, we help financial institutions stay ahead of rising fraud risks and ever-changing regulations.
Our AI-first compliance automation platform continuously scans regulatory updates, streamlines onboarding, performs real-time customer and transaction screening, and flags anomalies with unmatched accuracy.
Think of it as enterprise-grade compliance - without the overhead or complexity.
We’re growing fast and are now looking for a self-driven Senior B2B Sales Manager to lead our direct sales efforts in the EU and UK markets. You’ll have full ownership of building and expanding our client base among banks, fintechs, telecoms, and other regulated financial institutions.
What You’ll Do
*Drive new business growth: Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities with financial institutions across the EU and UK.
*Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting and demos to negotiation and deal closure - you’ll handle it end-to-end.
*Develop strong relationships: Build trusted connections with C-level decision-makers, compliance officers, and risk leaders.
*Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing, product, and the CEO to align customer needs with product strategy.
*Represent ComplyControl externally: Attend industry events, webinars, and roundtables to promote our vision and platform.
*Forecast and report: Maintain an accurate pipeline, deliver clear revenue forecasts, and meet (or exceed) quarterly targets.

What We’re Looking For
*5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in RegTech, FinTech, Risk, AML, or Compliance Automation.
*Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals with financial institutions in the EU and/or UK.
*Excellent negotiation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
*Comfortable in a self-organized role - able to plan, execute, and prioritize without constant oversight.
*Fluency in English (additional EU languages are a plus).
*Based in and has the right to travel within Europe or the UK.
Nice to have:
*Deep understanding of compliance and risk management workflows (e.g., KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening).
*Existing network within banks, neobanks, telecoms, and financial service providers.
